#使用方法 How to use

1.本产品应贮存于零下 20℃以下的环境中。使用前放置室温回温 1~2 小时，未使用完的产品贮存时，应要将 出胶口密封好，并放入零下 20℃以下的环境中。

The product should be stored below -20 ℃ . Before use, the product should be placed at room temperature for 1~2 hours. When the unused product is stored, the outlet should be sealed and placed in an environment below -20℃.

2.保持粘接器件表面清洁，将胶液均匀挤于部件上，然后放入烘箱加热固化。

Keep the device surface clean, squeezed the silica-gel evenly on the device, and then heat it in an oven.

固化 Curing

按技术参数或者根据实际情况实行固化。

It can be stage-cured according to technical data sheet or customers’ needs.

操作注意事项 Handling Precaution

应避免与含有 N 、P 、S 等有机化合物，Sn 、Pb 、Hg 、Sb 、Bi 、As 等重金属的离子性化合物，含有乙炔基等 不饱和基的有机化合物接触；常见的如环氧树脂类胶水，瞬干类胶水，甚至缩合型硅胶都不要混和摆放或烘烤 等。

The products should avoid contacting with organic compounds containing N, P, S, heavy-metal ionic compounds of Sn, Pb, Hg, Sb, Bi, and other unsaturated hydrocarbon plasticizers containing ethynyl radical. Keep away from epoxy resin adhesives, instant adhesives or silicone sealants containing organo-tin catalyst, etc.

#存放及贮存期 Storage and Shelf life

产品应密封保存，应贮存于在零下 20℃以下，贮存期为 6 个月。

The product should be stored below -20 °C in the tightly closed original container,the shelf-life is 6 months.
